Hotel in good location. Underground close by, so easy access to airport and other parts of London. Walking distance to Natural history museum, Science museum, Buckingham Palace, Harrods. Hotel itself was nice and modern. Staff were very nice and welcoming. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom had nice big shower and was spotless. Plenty of food options nearby to eat.

A Fantastic Stay – Thank You! We had the most wonderful overnight stay and can’t thank the hotel enough for making it so special. We were delighted to be upgraded to a suite, which was absolutely beautiful and made our experience even more memorable. The thoughtful birthday touches—petals, a balloon, a light-up birthday sign, and a delicious cheesecake—were such a lovely surprise and truly appreciated. Every detail was perfect, and the service was exceptional. We’ve had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Location is great. History museum is 5 min walk, Glouscester metro station 1 min walk, I would recommend everyone this hotel. Breakfast actually was beyond my expactations. beds were comfy, everyday they cleaned our room. we stayed as a family with 2 kids (9 and 4 y.o) it was right choice for us. everything is walking distance. kids slept well, we slept well. there is nothing bad about double tree hilton. they gave bottle water for free. the 1 point i didnt give because there wasnt enough place to put belongings. only little desk, there could be long desk.

The hotel nice clean and cool. Also the staff at the reception they were amazing, they gave us this hot cookies that my kids love it. The bed and mattress were very comfortable.

Staff prepared a tent in our room for our children (3,7). It was so nice and kids loved it! We had a very nice stay. Hotel serves english breakfast, pancakes, some fruit salads, ham, cheese, bread, some sweet pastry and hot drinks for the breakfast. Enough choices to full your stomach. We had a half board and we could choose btw.4 meals and add 1 starter or 1 sweet and it was serve from 1pm to 10pm for our lunch/dinner. There was a little wait till we got menu and meal but nothing what did ruin our stay. :-) If you like historical buildings and cosy atmosphere - it is a perfect hotel for you.
